PhotoMambo was a photo sharing website.

PhotoMambo was a good idea that turned into an expensive lesson. If we had developed a minimum viable product quickly and gotten it up, we might have gotten a foothold, but we spent way too much time in development and by the time we got it on the air, the opportunity had passed.
